Ansell & Bailey first looked into an email management solution to minimise paper filing internally. Reducing paper filing was an essential aspect of their quality assurance ISO systems and aligned with their sustainability goals by reducing paper use overall.
The firm initially heard about Mail Manager 10+ years ago when the software was in its infancy at Arup.
